  2. Welcome to the new release of Operation: Overkill II, version .997ß!
  3.  
  4. Due to the structural changes in the game from version .996ß, a small
  5. utility program has been created to convert a current game of .996ß to
  6. version .997ß.  Version .997ß is not compatible with any versions other
  7. than its predecessor, .996ß.
  8.  
  9. If you currently have an OOII .996ß game running, you will need to
  10. run the conversion program of 996-997.EXE in your OOII directory.
  11. Once completed, check OOCONFIG.EXE and run MAINTOO.EXE before testing
  12. OOII.EXE.
  13.  
  14. Please remember that in order to keep your registration code to the
  15. editor, you should first press  [S]how Registration  in the editor
  16. before copying the new OOII files into the subdirectory.
  17. Please write your EDITOOII registration number down.  After installation
  18. is complete, you can then press  [R]egister  to re-register your copy
  19. of the editor.
